Survey Fees Being Collected In Less Than 48 Hours

Hi everyone,
Quick heads up - you probably received a notice earlier today that we are charging credit cards that were collected during BackerKit surveys in the next 48 hours. We wanted to confirm this here too and let you know that cards will be charged on Thursday, April 9th.
If you have questions about the surveys launching last month, please review our previous update here, or if you have any other questions, please DM us by clicking here. For privacy reasons around individual orders, we can't do customer service here in the comments section.

BackerKit Surveys Have Begun To Launch (PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST)!

Hi everyone!
We are pleased to tell you that our BackerKit surveys have begun to go out! Thank you for your patience as we prepared them.
PLEASE NOTE: BackerKit will send surveys in waves over the next two days, so pleaseallow up to 48 hours for your survey to be processed and sent to you. If at that point you still have not received one, first please check your spam folder, and check that the email you used on Kickstarter is the email account you're checking.
If that doesn't work, you can click the link below to enter the email address associated with your survey and BackerKit will send you a new one:
Please note, if you use an Apple ID with your email address, a different email could be generated for you for security reasons. If you need this email changed, please DM us by clicking here.

Please note: we recently received updated 2026 shipping quotes from carriers, and there has been an increase in shipping costs to international backers' orders. This is not across the board, and we are doing everything we can to mitigate these costs, but their pricing is something that is out of our own control.
The good news is that because of advancements with BackerKit's platform, we now offer specific shipping rates for nearly every country that we are able to ship to. In the past, many countries were combined into different groupings, or they were put into the "Everywhere Else" grouping, where they were charged the max rate, so this is a great improvement.
If you need to modify or upgrade your pledge in BackerKit, see something that doesn't look right, or have any other issues/questions, please click here to direct message us so that we can help! Always message us here on Kickstarter. For backer privacy reasons, we cannot perform customer service on social media and here in the comments section. :)
Surveys will remain open for about 30 days, then we will lock orders and charge for shipping (you can still modify your address if needed).
Once locked we'll have proper order numbers so that we can begin going into production on items, and we'll be able to distribute digital rewards shortly thereafter!
Additionally, if you or someone you know missed the Kickstarter and wants to still get in on the action, we're accepting late pledges here!
Surveys Being Tested!

Hi everyone,
We are pleased to announce that everything for the BackerKit survey setup is now in a good place. We have begun doing a "smoke test", which is where we send surveys to only a small group of backers to make sure there aren't any issues before sending them out to the larger group.
Please note: we recently received updated 2026 shipping quotes from carriers, and there has been an increase in shipping costs to international backers' orders. This is not across the board, and we are doing everything we can to mitigate these costs, but their pricing is something that is out of our own control.
The good news is that because of advancements with BackerKit's platform, we now offer specific shipping rates for nearly every country that we are able to ship to. Assuming there are no hiccups or issues reported during the test, we plan on launching surveys to the wider group Monday morning of next week (March 9th).
